With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the ergonomics field, Mohd Azaha is a leading authority in conducting Ergonomics Risk Assessments (ERA), specialized training, and corporate consultancy. Trained by the Human Factor Ergonomics Centre of Excellence in Houston, he possesses world-class expertise in aligning work environments with human capabilities.
He served for a decade as the Ergonomics Advisor and Lead for major Oil & Gas affiliates. During this tenure, he successfully managed and resolved over 500 cases of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs). Notably, he led the ergonomics scope for the 2016 Office Move Project involving 230 staffs, achieving a milestone of ZERO SAFETY incidents.
A HRDC Accredited Trainer and member of both HFEM and MSOSH, he conducts extensive programs including Basic & Advance Ergonomics, Home, and Driving Ergonomics for GLCs, universities, and renowned corporations across Malaysia.
